?? gor, Do you think to make some modify parts for sell ?
P.I.D. kit for Evolution or Baby and the speed control for 600N (*lighter weight and cheaper - otherwise 900N with SJ burr...)
Size does matter in Hong Kong.
Anyway, 4020 is a good espresso machine .
Need a good partner 600N grinder (Taiwan FAEMA).
Brother, find / make something more affordable for espresso fans in Hong Kong and educate people for making home espresso.
Better for fans better for industry...

I guess the only mini thing about Mini-Mazzer is that it's got a small bean hopper compared to Mazzer.
But then with the increase of stainless steel prices and exchange rate with euro not good. I don't think Rocky is that bad a choice. It is still a fine grinder and it's a great partner for Silvia.
I do agree with bib that you can't drink a thousand cup a day.
But it would be good to look at what that particular test's circumference/parameters are. |
