My CFO recently joined a tour to visit a coffee farm mill at Dalat, Vietnam. She had taken some photos :
She bought 500g of semi-processed bean, with shell on, with US$3 at the open market. After taking off the shell, 125g of green beans were roasted and yielded 87g of uneven colored coffee. The coffee taste sour and without attractive favour.
