@CH8444, Thanks for your comment.
Can you tell how i can judge to tune the grind finer or more coarse? (in the past i used the extraction time and espresso volume to judge grind fineness.)

i have tuned the same Kenya AA finer, 20.1g, the extraction is rather bad. pls see below.

Shing gor said many times to me,
good extraction should be looked like a melted chocolate. It should be sticky rather than rain drops. You can judge by first few seconds.

this is to eliminate the effect of dosage. using 14g is of course underdosed but at least that will not not interfere with your pulls.
cut earlier. i usually take like 5-10cm^3 for tasting.
and yes, muddy puck.
