No problems. The maximum order for one USPS box should be 18Lbs and you can order different kinds of beams each time. |

I haven't tried to roast Santos but the color for other Brazil beams should be able to get even of color when I roasted 600g Brazil Daterra to 220 degree C for around 13 minutes using the drum roaster.
For the uneven colors, it doesn't depend mainly on the stopping time after 1st crack. Please try to extend the total duration of roasting process especially the period from the beginning to ~165 degree C. |

No...not for hotrip...it does not provide the temperature of the bean. I'm still looking for a way to measure the bean's temperature
Some people just drill a hole on the cover but I would like to know if there is a better way |
