3-Clearly, refer to joeytang's question, no need to ask, a barista use these 2 different drippers what I mean is they never care about even the material to temperature.
There is not many barista using PLASTIC V60 AND a normal kalita CERAMIC ,
there may one of them, but Plastic V60 and Old style ceramic TOGETHER, tells the truth. Never consider what they should concern.Laughing Laughing
Adjust the technique every time ?, each time when using different dripper ? for business ! for business. kidding.

actually, I saw this topic seems like to share a pullover master BA LA BA LA BA LA mater skill video.
For observation, clearly this guy is NOT Pro , due to the tooling not consist enough. I cannot discover this topic saying about anything of dripper/grinder of course, from tools to the skill nothing special.
What I mean is ask the guy :
1-What situation WHITE crema come out ? WHY ?
2-Video 2 consistency issue !! using 900 kettle for business why not cover the kettle ?
also, why move the GLASS coffee container in Video 1 ?
Please teach me more, I never seen before - moved the GLASS coffee container before the extraction completed.
3- Why some coffee made with the PLASTIC V60 ??
some with ceramic old style Kalita dripper ??? WHY ???
Where is the consistency ??
Plastic V60 for business. then why the other one pick the ceramic one ?
4- extraction time ??? where is the standard ? timer ??
5- why choose this grinder ? I am expecting any interesting answer from such person/people.

for the R-220, it can just be a good enough drip/syphon grinder.
Good, depends which function to guide it.
even a newer handed mill largest burr much much better than R-220.
but hand operate...
