有無人知點解咖啡機係未開始沖煮,水泵未行。
水壓計會有壓力?(絕對唔係指蒸氣壓力表)
顯示緊既壓力係邊到既壓力?
當沖煮時理所當然地會升到9bar左右。
完成沖煮後水壓計會掉反落黎,但又唔會係0 |

***machanical meter 100% not suitable for you to use.
you should buy an electronic Strada espresso machine, all other machine definitely NOT suitable for you due to such machine's pressure not 100% accrate for you to read. |

而係指沖煮時泵頭行,水壓計升 |

these are reference meters for nominal use
you need a LM Strada machine or modify your machine with Lab standard meter for 100% accurate reading.
Turn the machine off , release the boiler pressure; you know the nonsense thing people asked too.
*** group gauge reach 9bar , due to coffee distributing on filter,
nothing is 理所當然
thermostat must reach 90degree 理所當然?
your ground and distributing must make good espresso when you have a commercial espresso machine 理所當然?
thousand factors make changes.
A good professional barista even does not need a thermometer for drop coffee. |
