this is how i did it...

i found a perfect cup for it...



this is a sake container i found in citysuper....glass, 180cc, and most importantly.. it has a lit!!

well, i fill the cup with water.. oh! ..i forgot to tell you there still sake in it.. 180cc of very fine sake.. so if you plan to buy this kind of sake cup in citysuper.. do what i subjects.. drink it all.. it's only 180cc .. no big deal.. the sake i got is very very good.. so no problem for me!!.. (also, the cup with sake is around 30-40 dollars in citysuper)... well i am so high now.. i've been dancing and singing for half hour before i can continue..


Step two: (still very high)

i weight 15 grams of yigacheffe+ from brother Shing saturday and grind it finely.. (the beans is only 1/2 day old)


Step three: (still high.. but i decide to drink more sake..)

so i pour it into the cup.. stir it very gently.. and this is what it looks like..



4.and at last ( can't really type right now...)

put it into a fridge.. waiting for tomorrow.. will report result tomorrow..


conclusion..

1.. very fun to do when you are drunk with good sake...
2... i am thinking for mixing sake with this ice coffee...and i am serious
3... actually i took a little sip with the coffee powder before i put it into the fridge. taste very good already..(i don't think i can sleep tonight)...
4.. if you are not 18.. don't follow my instruction.. you are not suppose to drink sake.. which is so much fun.. too bad

last nite mission... FAILED!!!

1. i think i grinded too finely and my filter isn't fine enough to filter out all the powder.. i think i need paper filters instead...

2. And i think i shake too much.. resulted in a muddy extract..

3. taste is ok but it looks muddy...

4. I will try again tonight...
