Hmmm.....Heat loss........
Over 90 degree is faced to the cold air outside, so the radiative heat loss must be great, no longer controlling the temperature I think.

personally, i think the cr-120 would be better ..

look it's gonna be pretty messy when you roast..the skins would fly all over the place(outdoor use only?)..and it looks dangerous because the air gun is exposed..

but two great positives...

1. adjustments (cr120 has one)
2. the rolling cage should distribute the beans more evenly than the cr120..

anyone has this machine? let's take it out and test..

Gene Cafe Roaster.
It is made in Korea, I think it is a good one.
BUT expensive....
