Just checked for you, if the TaoBao seller guarantee and do the warranty, same Price, then ... NOT sure Taiwan airmail may be faster in my case...

only 1 shop in taobao selling the 700s and that shop is a good one

yes. Just search only one and in Guangzhou. RMB 980
