Review of day5, 4th attempt of brewing City + sulawasi with nel drip.
-Intensive body, any more intensive would be like placing a piece of metal on your tongue.Not kidding, i once tried this experience when drinking FC/FC+ La minita.
-Almost balanced. Sweetness a bit stronger than sourness, after all, it's still a pleasant cup.
-A hint of tobacco. Nice! Added a bit complexity.
This cup is a bit flat, although it's not very clean(a strange taste i found when digging out the aftertaste which is found in a variety of coffee, and i still dont know what is that.defects maybe, or indeed a nice flavour i've never tried before), it's really pleasant to enjoy such a well-done cup.
