your machine seems has problem before you paid $2600- for it !!
solution:
1- full disassembly and descale it and change new gaskets if needed.
2- I may be wrong, I just guest OPV has problem or some pipes inside has been blocked.
3- pk seller for such price, sold a machine with problem !!
4- this price should get a brand new Gaggia color machine.
5- you may ask 1 ha Shing gor to help. Such machine's boiler seems not to be descale well as I know ...

Thanks for you advice!
Maybe I try to descale it first. I see someone on youtube turn aside the machine and drain water from the boiler via the stream wind to descale it.

If descaling does not work, then I really need to disassemble it to check the pipes or replace some parts. Hope no need to do this step.

there is user added an OPV and sure there is a way to descale it...
beware to do it...
send to a PRO to do it [[*what I mean is total disassembly]] is the best way to check and descale.
I guess it costs about HKD$500-800,
not sure the agent in HK is good to do it...
other Pro if parts are not difficult to find...
Then a REAL PRO does better job then the HK agent.
looking for further good brewings videos from your machine.

Finding a pro is good idea. But I also want to get some hand on experience in fixing that. The interior looks not very complicated.

I just buy some descale powder and a new EP5 pump from taobao. Hope will have time to do the fixing soon.
