coffee forum, ?????, ?????, fresh coffee beans and tea house

I had been looking for a mini roaster with half a pound batch size which fits my limited space for quite a while.

After the launch of Discovery at Royal Fuji�s web site in last summer, I checked with the Taiwan distributor and learnt that they would show this machine at the Taipei Tea, Coffee & wine Expo.

I have visited the Expo and found the Discovery's dimensions meet my requirement. Unfortunately demonstration was impossible as open frame was not allowed.

I visited the factory in Christmas and did a trial roasting with the final sample and decided to buy one.

So tonight, just before Chinese New Year, I am unpacking my Coffee Discovery.
