Eureka micrometric Micrometric Adjustment - easy to adjust with no more unwanted settings
The experience and the research by EUREKA has produced a patented micrometric system, which allows perfect grinding adjustment with a simple rotation of a knob.
The secret of this innovative control is in the grindstones positioning :The upper grindstone is fixed and the lower is movable; Thanks to this ingenuous technology, time for maintenance and cleaning is reduced.In addition , possible extraneous bodies entering the grinding group can be easily removed without any alterations of the settings.
Outboard dosage regulation - easy to adjust without touching the coffee
The telescopic star dispenser device is designed to deliver a constant quantity of ground coffee at all times.
The adjustment is placed outside the ground hopper, eliminating direct contact with the coffee during settings. The lower knob allows the regulation of the dosage from a minimum of 5.5 g. to a maximum of 9 g. with a simple rotation .
Dynamometric Tamper - same coffee every time!
All Eureka professional grinders can be upgraded with a telescopic coffee tamper; a special device designed to help tamper the coffee with the same force every time. The telescopic tamper is standard in the Mondial range. The Mythos comes also with an adjustable Dynamoteric friction up to 25kg

Hi Ken, I guess when the ground coffee drop to the doser from the grinding room, it should not be YAT GOUT GOUT ga la. Hope I am correct.
Anyway, I make couple shots casually with such looks YAT GOUT GOUT ground coffee,
the extracted PUCKS show no problem at all. Sometimes we may effected by some threads on internet.
In fact, I got better result from this grinder than Ma??er SJ and Mini; sorry this is a personal feeling only with no harms.
Sorry to make one of my coffee friends - she may say <<Ight Ya>> to herself that Kenneth say Ight Ya to the E61 last year...that I strongly recommended her to have a SJ last year. ...
Yes, this grinder I got better result than Mini and SJ...
Ken, this time should have no problem no Ight Ya after bring this grinder home, Price is very very reasonable !!
