唔好意思, 我又有野想問問各位
多謝各高手既意見, 以經努力去改好粉既粗幼, 用4020出既espresso終於去到大概30秒 30cc,

但係當我鬆返開個把手出黎時, 成個filter都重係好水, 唔洗用knock box都可以就敢倒o的粉出黎, (even出完放左係機到成5分鐘), 有時重會有爆啡既情況出現…
如果個磨細一格(Hario MSC 2) 就會太幼出唔到…唔知係唔係我做錯左D咩, 定係個無壓filter既問題呢?

I am a beginner also. But after playing with 4020 for a while, I would say the setting for both "成個filter都重係好水" and "去到大概30秒 30cc" is very close to the perfect setting.

You can do either of these :

1) Ignore the issue of "成個filter都重係好水". Just enjoy the coffee. Due to the design of pressurized portafilter, this could happen. There are alot of other variables like humidity, temperature and freshness of the bean. The prefect setting is ever moving anyway. You will end up chasing the perfect setting all the time.

or

2) You need a very slightly coarser setting on your grinder. There are two adjustable settings on your Hario MSC2. One for coarse setting and the other for fine setting. The adjustable screw on top under the metal handle is for coarse setting, another fine setting is located at the bottom of the conical burr. The metal nut could be turned by a thin pliers or socket (8 or 9 mm I guess). Turn tighter (finer), turn looser (coarser) . Once I figured that out, I've never touched the stepped adjustment again. You could also play with dosage (reduce dosage) and tamping (less tamping). Both will help the situation slightly. But due to the pressurized filter design, it may be difficult to see the improvement.

Thanks very much mtx-4,

I didn’t know the bottom part of the grinder is adjustable, I think this is going to help so much to fine tune the setting. Wish the I can have the better filter, see if really makes the difference.

totally with you to enjoy the coffee rather than perfection.. haha is just feels like the little wooden chip keep poking your back, you want to pick it out.

I am not a user of 4020 but I think the wet situation is because 4020 does not equip with 3-way solenoid valve which releases the pressure and water built up in the coffee cake right after brewing. The cake will be dried out if you make milk frothing before unlock the portafilter.
Just my 2 cents.

我自己既經驗係,如果沖完整拆filter,有90%機會會爆啡,但如果隔一陣例如打完奶先柝,爆啡既機會就會細好多

shing哥之前教過我,如果真係要沖完整柝,可以好慢好慢咁扭個手柄,聽到"芝芝"聲果陣就停,慢慢等d壓力散左再扭出來就唔會有爆啡既情況

我今朝沖完後等到打奶後+再飲完之後先拆, 都係有爆啡既情況, 但好似細左少少, I think this is not going to change unless I change the filter.
