????? in cool and shaded cabinet. I think it should be Ok if you finish the beans within 2 weeks. The taste always changes as the beans keep releasing gas and oil.
Also somebody says since the beans' released gas will helps to isolate the bean from oxidation, so don't stir the beans (e.g. turn the bottle upside down), and only take required beans from top layer by spoon. No idea if it is scientific. |
