I guess the idea to "wash" again the "washed beans" is stupid, while on "dry processed" beans if you wash it then it's no longer "dry processed". Unless your beans are really really dirty and low grade, there's no need to wash again. Furthermore, after you washed the beans, the water content of the beans increased and it's definitely not a good thing to roasting.

By the way, congratulations on getting the hottop. But too bad, very unfortunately you didn't buy Quest M3 with the same/less amount of money. Wink
