Many substances in coffee are easy oxidate and evaporated. Even manufactory claim to use high-end technology can't avoid this situation
.
Another major reason is mass production can't pick out all the defect bean. Or some of them are using robusta bean. |

Thanks for your reply.
BTW, people are always talking about Robusta bean. I'm a newbie and have no idea of how good or bad it is. Do you mind detailing a little more about that kind of bean?  |
