After an hour cutting the wood into piece and frame, it was made.


Water path installed.(1.5hrs)

Elec. circuit installed.(3hrs)




The expenditure to this stage was under $2000,
the steam wand, PID, and Pressure switch were not yet installed.


Testing procedure is carrying out tonight.

I've already installed the thermostat, actually there are four sticking on the machine now, two for regulating, two for safety, plus an OPV on the steam boilers~

Testing procedure carried out.

This machine suffers from leaking .
Leaking reported in the top and bottom connector of the brew boiler,
the bottom two connector on the steam boiler.
Plus the connection between the sealing plate on the top and the boiler.
Re-telfoned all the sealings and re-added silicones to the sealing plate.
Oh, things I've done with the boilers.... One connector 12 circles telfon sealing tape..... sigh.
