From my poor knowledge other ???? are MLM selling in HongKong if NOT Panas)nic may be costs about $20,000-40,000-

My poor knowledge for espresso good water is ( 65-70ppm of TDS includes 0% Impurities 100% minerals )
Filter , Drip, Syphon/Siphon should be (155ppm of TDS includes 0% Impurities 100% minerals )

pH7 value is ideal , others may not be better since coffee is acidic.
HK water supply doing good, so 7 is few years average already !
if want higher pH value of water , drink milk is better- this is
what the people selling you the ???? saying: more alkali value water good for people's health .

Anyway, all are numbers only if want best water for coffee making, Bonaqua is best, but $$.


Cleanest water not the best water for coffee making !!
This is the wrong concept of myself.
For HongKong case , take the chlorine and 5micron filter are good enough for normal drinking. But TDS value ..
And I quite sure it is not 100% minerals !!
Check all news and what happened / HongKong Consumer Dept. reports about Diamond , if want to ask me good or not or want to buy it.
