But Sogo is not selling La Pavoni,
the lever machine they sell is Gaggia Achille

Pavoni
Achile
They are machines at different level.
At first, a 50mm group on the Pavoni and a 58mm commercial group on the Achille.
Second, a heat exchanger, that means the machien is getting water from a tank, and you can refill it whenever you want. On the Pavoni, you see a head screw which seals water when pressurized(heated), no refill is allowed when the machine is heated.
Third, a heat exchanger enable you to steam when you are brewing coffee. (you have to get four hands to do it in a lever machine.  )
Fourth, the appearance is different.
