P.S. What I refer to as instant coffee is UCC 117 or the like, not those 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 mixed coffees!

Many substances in coffee are easy oxidate and evaporated. Even manufactory claim to use high-end technology can't avoid this situation
.
Another major reason is mass production can't pick out all the defect bean. Or some of them are using robusta bean.

Thanks for your reply.

BTW, people are always talking about Robusta bean. I'm a newbie and have no idea of how good or bad it is. Do you mind detailing a little more about that kind of bean? Confused
