1 - more watt, Heats Faster. I found that 4020 build quality is better !
2 - ??, you can see the problems of the grind setting, dosing and tamping.
Somebody call it is a training tool.
Hope can help.
By the way, 4020 needs a good grinder to work together, for reference:
